What information is needed for a machining enquiry?
Send the component drawing with the material, quantity, operations, required tolerances and delivery date. Include any finishes, marking and supply requirements. Timing and feasibility are assessed for the specific request.
Which materials do you machine?
We machine steel, cast iron, brass, bronze alloys, copper, aluminium, Ergal, Delrin and phenolic fabric laminate. Other materials or alloys can be assessed on specific customer request.
Do you also handle finishes and marking?
Our services include zinc plating, hardening, anodising, brightening, chromate conversion and epoxy coating. Marking is available by CNC milling, electromechanical or pneumatic systems. Include the specifications required for your component.
Which quality documents are published?
The published documents include CISQ/RINA ISO 9001:2015 certificate 20670/09/S, related IQNET attestation IT-67626 and the quality policy of Meccanica di Precisione C.B.G. S.r.l. The certificate’s stated scope is machining to customer specifications.
Do you offer finished-parts storage and delivery?
We can hold finished parts in stock for customers and carry out collections and deliveries using our own vehicles. Requirements, availability and service arrangements must be agreed for each supply.
